Students may enhance their career success by attaining a certificate as a Human Resources Administrator. This certificate prepares the student to become proficient in planning and organizing with an emphasis on managing resources, theories of management, marketing, and decision making. It will also provide additional training in human recourses management, recruitment, staffing, technical skills and employment laws. Attaining the A.S. Degree is then simply a matter of completing the General Education required courses and also the remaining major field and elective courses.
