DES 1833L Expanded Functions II Lab

This course teaches how to perform expanded functions permitted by the Florida State Board of Dentistry. Included are suture removal, insert and remove dressings from alveolar sockets in post-operative osteitis, packing and removing retraction cord, fabricating provisional restorations intra-orally, cementing temporary crowns and bridges with temporary cement, removing excess cement from dental restorations and appliances, and placing and removing periodontal dressings. 

Lab fee $25.
