DTE 1132L Orthodontic and Pedodontic Lab (N)

This course is the laboratory application of Orthodontic and Pedodontic Theory as it relates to the construction of orthodontic appliances. This includes orthodontic study models; wire bending; acrylic application and finishing; appliance repair; welding; and soldering. Students bend orthodontic wire, manipulate orthodontic acrylic, construct and repair various orthodontic appliances and fabricate a set of study models.
