LIS 2004 Introduction to Internet Research

This course demonstrates the methods of accessing information through the Internet and is delivered through the World Wide Web and Internet e-mail. Students learn Internet history, communication, research strategies, Web search tools, search engines, evaluating resources, downloading files, and documenting Internet and other online resources.

Recommended prerequisite: LIS-1002 or CGS-1555.
