DEH 2702L Community Dental Health Lab

This course teaches the application of basic statistical concepts, program development, implementation, research, and evaluation. The student is provided with the opportunity to apply the principles of public and community dental health, as they relate to the role of the dental hygienist, through project implementation and evaluation. An academic service learning component is included and students are required to complete at least 15 hours of service learning participation, documented by the service learning chart.
