HFT 2600 Hospitality Law

This course provides awareness of rights and responsibilities law grants to or imposes upon hotelkeepers and food service operators, and illustrates possible consequences of failure to satisfy legal obligations. Specific attention is given to innkeeper-guest relationships, contracts, torts, civil and property rights, and insurable risks.
