MAN 4046 Perspective in Leadership

This course explores the theories of leadership and team dynamics. Focus is on the effective leadership of organizations for high performance, recognition and resolution of conflict, and member satisfaction. It also addresses the process of team development, successful motivation and communication techniques, and the attitudes, behaviors and effective interaction of leaders and team members.
