MAT 3905 Middle Grades Math Through Tutoring

This course explores the general math skills needed for successfully tutoring in an academic setting, general methods of tutoring, and the tutoring techniques needed in specific courses. Teacher-tutor seminars, teacher-tutor conferences, and formal instruction supplement the extensive tutoring experiences.

Completion of nine (9) hours of math content courses or permission of instructor required.
