CHI 1121 Elementary Chinese II

This course teaches elementary Chinese language skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing. Mastery of an additional 350 Chinese characters along with a continuing emphasis on basic spoken and literary syntax are key objectives along with further understanding of the cultural context of the Chinese language. This course can be used toward the foreign language requirements for university admission.
